We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Distribution Operative to work in our Logistics Area. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Receiving goods into the business.  This can range from a small part delivery, to unloading palleted goods from lorries to unloading steel sheets with an overhead crane direct into the workshop  

  • Check delivery notes and book deliveries into ERP system (Epicor) 

  • Making goods available for issue 

  • Aiding internal customers 

  • Ensuring all paperwork is filed for traceability 

  • Any other ad hoc duties 


We are looking for someone who is: 

  • Previous warehousing/stores experience is essential.  Ideally within a manufacturing environment 

  • A full driving licence is desirable 

  • A forklift license is desirable 

  • Good Attention to detail 

  • Basic computer skills – including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 

  • Organised
