We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to join our team
9am – 5:30pm flexibility available, mainly an office-based role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative visualisation
A vision and creative flair are a must and the main part of this role taking things from on screen or the clients mind to real life. Producing digital artworks for printed graphics, cardboard engineering, craft modelling, LED lighting into 3D displays in all kinds of materials even working with external partners.
As a creative account manager your role along with the management team is to be to a confident go to person for one of our key clients. Taking their ideas from the initial concept through to completion by turning them into clear briefs. Visualising design presentation packs, technical drawings then moving onto making or instructing prototypes and samples for sign off.
Account management
You would be a key part of driving the projects, starting from a client calls or email enquiries then job requirements dependant you would initially deliver estimates and consider times lines. Utilising the team here you would take the initial lead on the project ensuring the client is kept up to date, visuals and designs are clear and correct or sign off.
Completing the cycle, you would work with our install manager and them to organise installations and deliveries then monthly bases send estimate submissions to the client to get PO’s.
Off site on location visits can be a required to meet to in the spaces the clients are working in or taking over, these are pre booked and in working days.
This is a broad overview of what the role can be, we are a fast-paced company and we work as a collective to deliver to our clients. The job role day to day can be a varied mix of the above and a different percentage day to day. Each one different and always keeps you thinking.

3D programs - not a must but are a plus
Microsoft knowledge – Excel and Word
