Manager, Integrated Channel Intelligence

Responsibilities
: You will manage of team of media analysts whose responsibilities include: Translating media planning objectives into measurable and optimizable KPIs Developing insights from performance metrics, brand-lift analyses and campaign performance reports Advising on web-tagging and offline conversion tracking needs for measurement Summarizing and contextualizing the above with business impact for the marketing organization You will collaborate across Fan Intelligence to tell the growth channel story as a component of broader campaign intelligence Leverage data to enrich in measurement and insights outputs (e.g. application of clean room analyses) Maintain and own roadmapping and a schedule of deliverables for the analyst team Set best practices on how to approach measurement initiatives with stakeholders Explore new tools, partners, and internal and external data sources for measurement opportunities Serve as media measurement and insights expert for Growth Planning & Franchise teams Bring attribution related expertise to inform production needs for EA internal measurement tools Provide close oversight on initiatives related to our largest franchises (ie EAFC)Qualifications:
8+ years of experience within digital marketing required Minimum 2+ years managing a team with direct reports Past experience at an agency or performance marketing brand is a plus Experience with both channel-agnostic (ie. Kantar) and partner/platform measurement partners Fluency in MS excel and the ability to manipulate pivot tables Experience in creating powerpoint or Google slide presentations Ability to create and be accountable for project timelinesSkills:
Deep understanding of measurement goals across upper, mid, and lower funnel marketing campaigns Familiar with clean rooms, attribution, and MTAs A performance mindset and passion for quantifying results A thought starter who can hit the ground running on implementing new processes Ability to turn complex data-derived insights into topline business implications A team player who is collaborative but who is also deeply knowledgeable in their area of expertiseAbout Electronic Arts
