JobPurpose:
Todrive the standard in customer care. To provide technical adviceand carry out vehicle inspections to provide a diagnosismaintenance and repair work in accordance with our client sapproved technical procedures in order to keep vehicles in optimumworking condition. To maintain the highest standards of safety andto meet all legislative and corporate standards. You ll demonstrateour clients Purpose Principles and Ambition (PPA) in all dealingswith colleagues customer andprospects.
KeyResponsibilities andAccountabilities:
- Deliverthe highest possible levels of technical advice service andmaintenance to all our clientscustomers
- Workwithin the relevant protocols as dictated by legislation thecompany the manufacturer and relevant suppliers at alltimes.
- Maintaincomprehensive records in an appropriate and timely fashion andensure colleagues do thesame.
- Createand maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues in line withour clientsPPA.
- Committo ongoing learning anddevelopment.
AboutYou:
