Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Develop a curriculum that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate English into the wider school activities.
- Participate in school events, parents' evenings, and professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to make effective use of IT as a learning resource.
- Passion for English and inspiring young people.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
