The Role

 

I work on behalf of a fantastic secondary school based in Melksham that is looking for a teacher to join the ICT department on a short term placement. The role will involve:

  • Planning & marking some of your own lessons however the lesson are mostly prepared lessons
  • Working proactively with other members of the department
  • Teaching all Key stage 3 and 4

What the client is looking for

 

The headteacher is looking for a kind, approachable individual, who can show excellent organisational skills, be assertive, and must have a QTS or at least 1 year of UK school experience. The school I am looking for really prioritizes strong subject knowledge and a teacher that is a breath of fresh air. Someone who can engage their students in their learning but also push them to be the best they can be in and out of the classroom.
