Job Description To perform duties such as answering timetable enquiries, assisting NIR staff with bus substitution and major events (e.g, concerts), dealing with customers face to face, selling tickets, and any other general customer service duties as required. Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English. Experience in a customer service environment dealing with customers face to face. Experience in a customer service environment dealing with cash handling. Desirable Criteria Minimum of 2 years¿ experience in a customer service environment dealing with customers face to face.
