This hotel group is known for their kitchen gardens and this particular site's kitchen garden features a smoke house, fruit and flower orchards and buzzing beehives.

What's involved?

You will be assisting the Head and Senior Sous chef throughout the day, helping to create new and traditional dishes using a combination of local and homegrown ingredients. Furthermore, you will be running one of the four stations in the kitchen overseeing junior chefs and passing on your skills and knowledge.

Our client is seeking a Junior Sous with a variety of experience, knowledge of all areas in a kitchen is essential, as well as a creative and motives mindset.

Other responsibilities include managing health and hygiene standards, ordering and doing the rota when needed.
