As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role
Responsible for looking after a team of cleaners. You will be their first point of contact on a day-to-day basis Build solid working relationships with our cleaning staff to ensure they understand what is expected of them Ensure all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to Manage attendance of staff Recruit, induct, train, and motivate staff to achieve required standards of performance Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your managerAbout You
