Main duties of the job

You will be based within the pharmacy department at the District General Hospital and work with the specialist pharmacy team to provide clinical pharmacy services to patients within the Division of Mental Health and Learning Disability.

You will be supported all the way to develop your skills as a pharmacist within this rewarding and specialist area supporting our patients in all aspects of their care within the in-patient units, Community Mental Health Teams and our sub-specialities such as substance misuse services, perinatal and child and adolescent mental health services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
