Job Purpose
Develop, maintain & improve tools & processes for:- Monitoring of the Subsystem Engineering budget & global performance;
- S&OP support & monitoring of the footprint/utilization strategy;
Support the deployment of Flexible & Umbilical product line Management System; Support Subsystem communications deployment; Develop and provide Lean processes and common management tools in terms of resources planning, cost control, quality and schedule.Job Description
Support and standardize cost control related activities (budget preparation, submission, forecast and follow-up); Lean Management Tools & processes development and continuous improvement (planning, visual management, KPIs, Obeya …); Recover and treat the data required for KSF follow up + the regular release of the subsystem KPIs; Support subsystem resources and workload consolidation; Alignment of Subsystem Governance Documentation, with global company documentation system; Monitor expenses according to the allocated budget; Maintenance and animation of online collaboration Tools; Support organization of Team Webinars; Assist Management on problems identification and escalation; Standardization of subsystem Project Engineering planning.Skills
Technical skills: Project Management and data management. Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera are a plus;
Specific skills:Lean Methodology knowledge;
Computer skills: Mastery of Microsoft 365 tools, in particular MS Excel, Teams and Sharepoint. Master of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate);
Language skills: Fluent in English;
Personal skills: Good communication, diplomatic, pro-active, adaptable, availability, synthesis skills, good interpersonal skills, team work.
