Responsibilities:

  • Ensureall Project Work is completed according to Quality Health &Safety and NRSWA guidelines
  • Ensure that thesurfaces and surrounding areas of Civils related work are restoredto their preworks state to avoid any fines including section 74s.
  • Support the daytoday operations providingtechnical and operational support to aid jobdelivery.
  • Ensure optimum productivity of FieldOperatives.
  • Reduce the number of defects andensure swift resolution of defects whereidentified.
  • Act as a communication link betweenfield and office staff delivering technical Health & Safetyand commercial conversations to field operatives.
  • Presighting jobs when required to ensurefluidity and reduce margin for failure / abortive visits.
  • Attend site meetings with customer councilsetc. as required.
  • Support the Programme Managerto ensure swift technical problem resolution in the field.
  • Support the Programme manager to ensure fulladministration & real time update compliance to ensurethere are no inhibitors to swift payment following job completion
  • Support the Recruitment and Induction all newfield operatives whererequired.

  • NRSWA
  • Goodknowledge of Health & Safety
  • Civilsexperience is essential
  • Good communicationpeople management and leadership skills
  • CSCSis preferred
  • Valid driving license is essentialCompany vehicle provided for business use
  • Theability to work under pressure and remain calm with a highattention to detail
  • Previous experience withina similar role
  • A great attitude and fantasticwork ethic
  • Previous experience working to tightdeadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customerservice.
