Staff Nurse - RGN

Salary: £40,000

Day shifts, 39 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN )to join our client's nursing team on day shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a nursing home setting.

This beautiful home offers services that improve the lives of people living with neuro-disability: rehabilitation; residential care; respite support; and palliative care.

Every resident is able to access rehabilitation and reablement services. Alongside, dedicated social areas and extensive gardens, they also have a Chapel and Concert Hall at the Home. This reputable home provides a safe and therapeutic environment for all.

Qualifications
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a valid UK NMC pin.
  • Proven experience working as a nurse in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for providing person-centered care and promoting the well-being of residents.
