What will you be doing? 

Manage the long range planning activities, ensure the viability of demand from each of the respective business units. Maintain alignment between business units, identifying conflicts, risks or issues as appropriate Manage the impact of change within the portfolio in terms of timescales, cost and quality Maintain alignment of the relevant engineering function to ensure teams are right sized to deliver to agreed plans Build and maintain data models to monitor and control capacity utilisation

Who are we looking for?

A strong data, reporting and analytics background with an understanding of to identify emerging risks Excellent communication skills and confidence to work at all levels within an organisation Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel where there are tight delivery milestones Strong numerical analytical skills, being able to problem solve to pull out key patterns and trends
