MFLECTResponsibilities:

MFLECT Requirements:

  • QTSor equivalent
  • Degree in relative field ASubject of Specialism
  • A recognizedqualification in teaching preferably a Bachelors degree inEducation or any relevant field
  • Excellentclassroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivatelearners
  • Strong interpersonal skills with anability to communicate effectively with parents staff andstudents
  • Sound knowledge of the nationalcurriculum and its application in class
  • Abilityto adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learningstyles
  • A passion for teaching and making adifference in studentslives.
