JOBSUMMARY:

The IT FieldEngineersresponsibilities include ensuring the organizationreceivesfast professional and technically accurate onsite resolution ofWindows desktop local area networkand basic information technologyissues.

JOB DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providetechnical support for hospital staff and users addressing ITrelatedissues and inquiries specific to mental health care systems andsoftware.
  • Install configure and maintaincomputer systems software and applications within the mental healthhospital environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware andsoftware problems.
  • Monitor and maintain networkinfrastructure ensuring efficient and secure connectivity tosupport mental health care operations.
  • Updateresolve and close service tickets by quickly responding to andresolving both onsite and remote management and monitoringsystemreported technology issues.
  • Provideinstallation troubleshooting and support for advanced networkingissues VPNs and Windows desktop operating systems client softwareprograms and applications.
  • Create new useraccounts administer user rights and privileges and reset userpasswords using Windows servers.
  • Comply withall organization business policies workflow processes anddocumentationpractices.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

  • Advancedworking knowledge of computer networking technologies aboveaverageworking knowledge of all modern Microsoft Windows desktop operatingsystems and familiarity administering basic Windows serverfunctions.
  • Advanced proficiency administeringMicrosoft Office productivity suites.
  • Advancedknowledge administering common (Cisco SonicWall Fortinet etc.)routers.
  • Advanced working knowledge ofnetworking (HP and Cisco Switch Configurations VLAN VPN NAT RoutingWireless).
  • Competent in desktop and workstationsetup cable creation and general hardwaresupport.
  • Competent in Exchange SQL StorageCraftSAN Citrix VMware HyperV O365 Azure Active Directory Group Policyand other MS Cloud and HostedSolutions.
  • Associates Degree or better in arelated field is preferred.
  • Two years ofexperience fulfilling help desk responsibilities and supportingWindows desktops business applications and endusers.
