Nursery Manager

Our clients fantastic countryside setting in the New Forest are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join them and support the day to day running of the Nursery.  Working a 40 hr week, with salary c£42k and mega benefits, could this be of interest to you.

Requirements
Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
