So, what will you be doing?
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer billing
- Collaborate with Credit Control and Account Management to meet customer needs within agreed service levels
- Resolve customer queries promptly to clear billing items before the next month's cycle
- Safeguard customer data by delivering billing securely and in the correct format
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports related to billing at both group and business division levels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new business and high-quality billing delivery
