We have an exciting opportunity for Deputy Service Manager to join the team at Dalby View, which is situated in Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough. The service provides 24 hours care and support to adults with physical and / or learning disabilities.

The Deputy Service Manager will assist the Service Manager to provide day to day management and leadership of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution, joining the Charity at a time of change and growth.

In addition, the role will also involve working on shift with the team of support workers.

Do you have;

The ability to make everyday matter for the people we support Experience of working with Vulnerable Adults at a Senior Level for a minimum of 2 years in a busy residential / supported living setting Diploma Level 4 (or equivalent) in care The ability to promote health and wellbeing in people’s lives The ability to be curious, aspirational and outcome focused Must be able to evidence effective management and leadership skills Working knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry Ability to motivate self and others Flexible approach to work, including shift patterns Experience of electronic care management systems and rota systems Able to support service in the absence of Manager Good organisational skills and proactive approach to work load. A full valid UK drivers licence and use of own vehicle (desirable)
