Security Officer

To provide a consistently high-end Security Service at the working location in line with the clients requirements, in order to protect the client’s employees, property and other assets.
To be the recognised central point of contact for all incidents. To deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. Effectively, enhancing the security and resilience on-site at a moment’s notice because in an emergency, the Day Officer will already be present, ready and trained to take appropriate action.

Job Opportunity
- Proactive Security: Address security-related issues using local knowledge and experience ️♂️
- Incident Response: Handle threats, incidents, or provide colleague wellbeing support as needed
- Extra Duties: Complete tasks outside of daily responsibilities
- Incident Evidence: Use Body Worn Cameras to gather evidence as directed by the Joint Operations Centre
- Task Completion: Execute tasks assigned by the Joint Operations Centre or Local Barclays Rep
- Security Presence: Maintain a strong, visible, and alert security presence at all times
Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Right to Work in the UK
- 5-Year Checkable Work History
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Good IT Skills
- Ability to Work Under Own Initiative
- Customer Service Experience
