Job Overview

To provide administrative support and co-ordination for both the New Product Development and Graphics teams in line with the department and overall strategic business goals.

In order to succeed the job holder will fully utilise Greiner’s processes, systems and tools for project management and delivery, quality, safety and in line with our values.

A key relationship role aligning NPD & Graphics with Sales and Operations teams, demonstrating a strong collaborative approach.

To act as a role model demonstrating strong administration and capability, delivering results through structured ways of working.

Essential and Preferable Criteria

Essential

Minimum 12 months experience working in a role that uses admin and IT skills on a daily basis

Proficient IT Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferable

Knowledge of K3 and IML processes

Knowledge of NPD

Administrative experience within a creative / artistic environment

Artistic ability and creative flair

Experience of a continuous improvement environment

Experience of working within a manufacturing or FMCG business

Salary

Annual salary: £25K

Working hours: 9am – 5pm from Monday-Friday (38 hours)
