Your new company 
Maintenance Engineer Job in Lurgan, on day shift Monday to Friday with a manufacturing firm who design and manufacture a range of products used across multiple markets which has benefited their continued growth and expansion in plant, products and production sites. The investment by this company year on year is phenomenal and something exciting to be a part of as they continue to grow. This diversity has brought great success, shared with all the staff who benefit from a progressive working environment. Due to this growth they have a permanent Maintenance Engineer Job on day shift Monday to Friday to both maintain plant and deliver the future installations for growth.
Your new role 
Working closely with your production colleagues to ensure production runs smoothly and equipment down time is minimised. You'll be mentored initially till you learn the plant and working on preventative and reactive tasks but in time as your experience grows you can experience project maintenance with installation of new equipment and modification of the existing plant. They are continually buying the best machines in the business and leave no stone unturned to be a market leader so its a great atmosphere to be part of.

What you'll need to succeed 
Progressive attitude, the company are investing millions and moving forward into new markets, you'll need to evolve with the business. Able to work day shift Monday to Friday and support with some overtime cover for which you'll be paid increased rates. Mechanical or multiskilled experience in production environment is essential for the role.
What you'll get in return 
You'll get a market leading hourly rate for day shift at £18-£20 and overtime paid at time and a half. The day shift gives excellent work life balance and you will be rewarded as you improve the factory production delivery.
