What we are looking for

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong SQL and compelling story-telling skills to join our team. In this role you’ll use your expertise to build clear and actionable data solutions, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across our business. If you’re enthusiastic about delivering concise insights and smart reporting, you will have a big impact at Mindful Chef.

You are

  • Experienced (3-5 years) as an Data Analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

  • Proficient in SQL, query building and explaining what’s going on “behind the scenes”.

  • Experienced developing within data visualisation tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI etc).

  • Knowledgeable about mobile and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude etc). 

  • A strong communicator, comfortable talking with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Well versed in business analytics and e-commerce concepts.

  • Proactive and happy working autonomously, always looking to find opportunities to enhance our data capabilities.

You will

  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs, and build reporting and dashboards that provide self-serve solutions.

  • Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand visualisations and reports for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Become a subject matter expert in our KPIs, able to explain the how and why of our business performance. 

  • Support product development processes, extracting and providing value from our platform and user data.

  • Design and conduct experiments to test and evaluate the impact of user facing changes. 

  • Identify areas for process automation, saving teams valuable time to work on the bigger picture.

  • Be intellectually honest and a champion for data accuracy, integrity and accessibility.
