As part of our efforts to promote social value recruitment, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Gateway Delivery Manager to lead the establishment of an internal jobs brokerage within our organisation on a 6month Fixed Term basis As the Gateway Delivery Manager focusing on the internal jobs brokerage, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to connect internal job opportunities with underrepresented and marginalised communities. This role is remote, but there will be a requirement to travel to sites and events. 
How will you contribute? Lead the design and implementation of an internal jobs brokerage platform to match internal job openings with diverse talent pools, including the mentorship and guidance to those from the streams within Shine. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and facilitate the matching process for job seekers from underrepresented communities. Develop and implement best practice for hiring managers and recruiters ensuring the promotion of diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the internal jobs brokerage platform, making continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis. Build relationships with external partners and organisations to expand the reach of the internal jobs brokerage and enhance social value recruitment efforts. Attend Recruitment and Inspire events across the UK This position can be based anywhere in the UK with national travel. Support the Head of Gateway Programmes with associated activities relating to the delivery of the overall Gateway Programmes strategy. What will you bring? Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields, with a focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Knowledge of social value recruitment best practices and trends is a plus. Commitment to promoting social impact and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities. Knowledge and /or experience of the Armed Forces, Rehabilitation of Offenders, Care Leavers and working with the Homeless advantageous. Demonstrate drive, energy, and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall contract performance. Be proactive, inquisitive with a passion for challenging teams to drive change and performance. Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards. Should be flexible and respond positively and accurately to internal and external customer requests. Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels. Have excellent PC skills and be able to understand and harness IT and systems to benefit the operation. Able to travel across sites as required. What do we offer?
