Client Support Administrator at Benchmark: Chester
We are on the hunt for an Administrator who can bring their skills, talent and dedication to our award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners. The primary role will involve supporting our Financial Planners in delivering top-quality advice to our clients.

Location
This position is based at our centrally-located office in Chester city.
Key Responsibilities
Taking phone enquiries and arranging appointments for Advisers Welcoming visitors Setting up new contracts & processing applications under FCA regulations Drafting and sending letters of authority and gathering policy information for research Inputting and updating client data on our internal CRM system - 'Enable' Preparing business packs for Advisers Processing compliance documentation Conducting mail merges e.g. ISA allowance letters/transfer letters for clients joining Benchmark General administrative duties Submitting business on Fusion Platform Utilising spreadsheets Updating client valuations Inputting risk questionnaires Drafting client reports Planning annual reviews and arranging appointmentsRequired Qualifications & Experience
Prior administration experience in Financial Services will be beneficial Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles would be advantageous R01, FA1, FA2 qualification or aspiring to qualify is favoured Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills Proficient excel skillsPersonal Attributes
