Experience as a practice manager or in a senior administrative role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a primary care environment. Thorough understanding of the NHS, its policies, regulations, and primary care networks. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and reporting. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency. Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and improving the patient experience.
