What you will do:

Support the Store Manager in Emma’s first store in Manchester, located in Arndale Shopping Centre. Assist in managing and motivating our SleepMasters (sales staff) to achieve our targets. Advise our customers on how our products can help them get the ultimate night's sleep. Monitor stock levels of our sleep products and ensure products are replenished.  Perform interesting, fun and insightful tests together with your colleagues - learning to do things even better as a team. Do everything possible to achieve a high customer satisfaction score, always together with the customer and your team.  Contribute to Improving things or processes that can be done better, for which you will also be rewarded.

We are looking for someone who:

Is smart and energetic and can't wait to achieve great goals together. Is curious and wants to learn new things. Is genuinely interested in what a client is looking for and why. Gets bored of sitting still and is therefore always looking for new challenges or improvements within our store. Is honest, even when it is not in his or her favor's. Is fluent in English. Experience in retail is a plus, but certainly not a must.
