Reporting to a Management Accountant youwill be responsible for the transactional finance of specificbrands.



Requirements

Role&Responsibilities:

  • Resolvingsupplier queries and advising suppliers on how to use thesystem
  • Processing any out of systeminvoicesreceived
  • Processingbankpayments
  • Processing and paying out ofpocketexpenses
  • Creating and sending ofreceivableinvoices
  • Chasing payment of receivableinvoices
  • Importingand reconciling customerpayments
  • Ordering and issuing fuel& expensecards
  • Processingsubmitted credit card expenses and exporting them to accountingsystem
  • Producingadhoc reports for ManagementAccountant


Requirements

  • Experiencein a financedepartment.
  • GoodIT skillsrequired.
