Product Design & Delivery

  • Oversee the design and execution of products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and successful delivery of projects.

  • Drive continuous improvements in engineering workflows, ensuring consistent, efficient delivery across the product range.

  • Utilize a sustainable "reduce, reuse, recycle" approach in product development, ensuring cost efficiency and standardization.

Customer Engagement & Bid Management

  • A strong track record of applying engineering processes and governance to product development cycles.
