Temporary Handyperson - Warrington - £11.44 P/H


We are looking for a handyperson on a temporary basis for a static site in Warrington to cover annual leave:

Monday 10th - Wednesday 12th June 8am - 5pm

Responsibilites:

  • Carry out PPM works on but not limited to the following; doors, fire doors, carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, painting, drains, locks and hinges
  • Undertake any allocated jobs as directed by the Supervisor, Manager and Helpdesk ensuring that all associated paperwork is completed in a satisfactory, accurate and prompt manner
  • Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry out routine maintenance, repair, and cleaning activity across the site
Person Specification:

  • Experience in all aspects of fabric and basic electrical/mechanical maintenance
  • Working in a corporate or commercial environment
  • Must provide own basic hand tools
  • All relevant PPE is essential
  • CSCS card required
  • Some manual labour will be required
