  • Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective students through various channels such asphone calls emails and live chats.
  • Collaboratewith the Admissions and Counseling teams to ensure a smoothtransition of qualified leads to the next stages of the studentjourney.
  • Document leads details and maintainsa comprehensive database.
  • Establish andnurture positive relationships with prospective students creating asense of trust and reliability in Ancile Academysguidance.
  • Identify potential leads interestedin overseas education and guide them through the initial stages ofinquiry.
  • Conduct indepth conversations withprospective students to understand their educational objectives andrequirements.
  • Determine their preferred studydestinations courses and financialconsiderations.
  • Provide accurate and relevantinformation about the services programs and offerings of AncileAcademy.
  • Explain the benefits of studyingabroad and how our services can support theirjourney.
  • Offer personalized guidance based onthe individual needs and aspirations of each prospectivestudent.
  • Tailor solutions and services toalign with their goals.
  • Qualify and prioritizeleads based on their level of interest eligibility and readiness toproceed with ourservices.
