DescriptionAs our Expenses Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the successful reimplementation of our expenses system (Concur) and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to add value to the business, updating the Group’s expenses management processes, software and reporting for over 3,500 employees. Working closely with the Treasury Manager and Expenses Coordinator, to ensure the project’s success you will need to be well organised and able to communicate with impact and empathy, bringing people along on this exciting journey. You will enjoy being able to organise all these moving parts to ensure the final platform delivered is to the best standard and works as Breedon needs it to.
Key Responsibilities• Review current expenses platform and identify opportunities for improvement • Provide a single solution fit for purpose across all business locations in GB & ROI• Prepare training for users around the business• Develop and implement appropriate processes and control measures• Provide reporting & auditing facilities to meet business needs• Support with other improvement projects identified for other treasury functions• Support in expenses processing and reporting as required
Key Requirements• Previous experience of corporate expenses process & systems• Experience of SAP Concur an advantage but not essential.• Project management experience. • Basic Excel skills  Breedon is a leading vertically-integrated construction materials group in Great Britain and Ireland.
