We arelooking for a new Analyst or Associate to join our buyside team inLondon.
Tasks- Activelyidentifying and assessing potential target investmentcompanies;
- Conduct thorough research onselected target companies including financial strategic andcompetitor analysis;
- Analysis preparation anddrafting presentations of company profiles market and sectorreports information memorandums and transactiondocumentation;
- Collaborate with senior teammembers in marketing and originationactivities;
- Assist in preparing historical andprojected financial statements;
- Analysis offinancial implications of mergers and acquisitionsand
- Conduct valuationanalysis
- Aneffective team player and highly motivated selfstarter with strongcommunication skills tenacity and market researchskills;
- Excellent interpersonal presentationaladaptability and time management skills;
- Strongacademics with a completed university degree in fields such asEconomics Finance Accounting Business or a science study withfinancial affinity;
- Previous experience withexposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance TransactionServices Consulting or Private Equity. Operational/inhouseexperience will also be considered (minimum 1 yearexperience);
- Strong knowledge of finance andaccounting;
- Highly proficient Excel andPowerPointskills
- Londonbased role
