If your answer is “yes,” we want to hear from you We are currently looking for a Telecom Rigger to join our vibrant team in the Midlands

As a Telecom Rigger, you will be responsible for the installation of telecommunication tower infrastructure, which includes antennas, cables, and transmission equipment. Your role will also encompass inspecting, maintaining, and repairing tower components to ensure they are operational. You will be tasked with the termination of telecommunications cables of various types and sizes, while also conducting regular site surveys. Safety is paramount, so you will ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and report any hazards to your supervisor. In addition, you will maintain accurate records of tower operations and keep track of supplies through inventory management.

Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 (gross per annum, depending on experience) 

Telecom Rigger Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Telecoms environment 
  • Familiarity with working at height and knowledge of rigging specifications for major networks 
  • Previous experience as a 2nd Man/person in telecom installations, including antennas, feeders, and cable terminations 
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications 
  • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
