Main duties of the job

Brief list of duties:

Undertake clerical and word processing duties as directed by the team. Correct and accurate use of information using the administration systems. Deal with enquiries on the telephone Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly. Undertake such miscellaneous clerical duties as necessary photocopying, ordering stationary etc. To undergo any training relevant to the job role. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post
