A prominent manufacturing company situated in Redditch is actively seeking multiple Fixed Head CNC Lathe Setter/Operators to join their team on the afternoon shift. The successful candidate will possess a high level of expertise garnered from substantial experience within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting and operating multiple machines including but not limited to Citizen BNJ (Fanuc), Citizen BNE (Mitsubishi), Doosan Lynx and Doosan TT
  • Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
  • Take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks and report them as appropriate
  • Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability as required

Qualifications
  • Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience with the above machines
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
