We’re looking for a highly motivated Web Analyst to work within our Commercial Finance Team You will be adaptable, confident partnering with product owners and providing support across the business. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in web analytics and robust data modelling skills. 

You’ll be confident in building relationships, providing support to budget holders across the business and thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

You’ll enjoy thinking on your feet, whilst also having the opportunity to utilise your skills as a natural problem solver and driver of change by identifying and acting upon areas for improvement across the business.

The Role

By joining the team you’ll:

Partner with the Product Team who are responsible for optimising the performance of our website. Understand how current web performance translates into actionable insights to guide decision-making. Have a deep understanding of web analytic concepts, tools and metrics. Analyse and report on web performance metrics, decipher trends and use your strong relationship skills and commercial acumen to challenge accordingly. Support the Product Team who demo their work back to the business, celebrating successes and learning from each other.

What you can bring to the team:

Proven experience in a Web Analyst role, with a strong track record of leveraging data for web performance insights. Demonstrable expertise in business partnering, showcasing your ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders. Comfortable being a prominent voice in discussions helping influence stakeholder decisions with confidence. Proficient in translating raw data into actionable narratives, providing valuable insights for decision-makers. Proficient in SQL, data modelling and working with large datasets, allowing you to extract, manipulate, and analyse web data effectively. Knowledge of LookMl best practices Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey complex findings and offer data-driven recommendations with clarity. An inquisitive mindset, exploring new opportunities in all areas of the business Deep understanding of web analytics concepts, tools and metrics
