We are looking for a great Bar Supervisor to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at The Drop Bar in Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross

The Drop is a beautiful neighbourhood bar serving excellent wines, beers, baps and snacks, within the Victorian arches of Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross. To drink, The Drop serves a considered list of some of the team’s favourite wines, as well as preferred pints of Guinness, Estrella Galicia, and a revolving IPA on tap. There’s also a short selection of cocktails and spirits. To eat, a selection of meat, fish or veggie hot baps, roast potatoes, cheese and Happy Endings ice cream sandwiches. You can also count on Seabrooks, Scampi Fries and Twiglets

 

The Bar Supervisor Role:

  • Experience as a service focussed Supervisor, overseeing the whole bar/floor area
  • Help develop new waiting staff with a strong team ethic
  • A passion for restaurants and events management; building excellent guest experiences
  • Following opening and closing procedures
  • Have confident and warm communication with team and guests
  • Good knowledge of our drink’s menus, ingredients, and allergens
  • Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
  • Positive and welcoming personality
  • Strong command of English language
  • Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
  • A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
