Are you ready to tackle a unique opportunity as a Partner Operations Consultant? We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team at Virgin Media O2 . As a Partner Operations Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless management of our portfolio of outsourced partners. Your expertise and proven skills will be essential in driving contract compliance and performance.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Assist the Partner Operations Manager in establishing important partnerships with our suppliers, working closely with senior team members and the rest of the team. Work with a team of service delivery specialists to drive continual service improvement and cost efficiencies across multiple supplier relationships. Act as a key contact point for the business with external/outsourcing partners, providing valuable feedback to VMO2 and contributing to capability and operational planning. Collaborate with our external suppliers and internal team members to constantly enhance our services. Assist the Partner Operations Manager in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives that reduce the lifetime cost of the services we purchase. Monitor outsourced suppliers/vendors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring delivery to pre-determined standards and agreements. Who we areThe UK’s fastest broadband network.
