Waking Night Adult Support Worker

Are you Understanding, Empowering and Aspirational? If so, you could help our adults make the best out of every night. We currently have vacancies in our Winsford supporting four amazing gentlemen alongside a vibrant and established team. Previous experience isn't necessary as full training is provided. Hours are worked on a rolling rota as part of a rotating staff team.
Job Opportunity
Support Workers are the key to providing outstanding support to the adults in our care. While no two nights are the same, consistency in approach is key. We are looking for staff to join a small team who:
· Support our adults with strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns.
· Help the our adults to meet their personal care needs.
· Directly support the our adults during the night when required.
Essential Skills
· Be compassionate and understanding.
· Excellent time management and communication skills.
· Be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of situations.
· Be self-motivated and committed to the role.
· Hold a Level 2 Health and Social Care or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
