Bilateral motor disorder - mixed spastic dystonic tone GMFCS v equivalent

Dislocation of right hip

Epilepsy

Jejunostomy fed with PEG in situ

Visual impairment

Dependence on supplemental oxygen

Scoliosis- awaiting spinal surgery but needs to be established on BiPAP.

Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease

Global developmental delay - non-verbal.

Secondary osteoporosis- has commenced bisphosphonate therapy.

Buckle fracture of right ankle during routine handling 2019

Our client likes interaction and stimulation, such as music therapy and reading stories.

Shift Patterns:

10am - 4pm weekdays

11am - 7pm weekends

11am - 8am during school holidays

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
