Robert Half Cambridge is looking for a Part Time Payroll Specialist to join a client based on the outskirts of Cambridge initially for 6 months.
This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend and can offer flexible, part time hours.
You must be immediately available and able to commute to the office.
Our client is open to hybrid working after an initial training period has been completed.
For this role our client is looking to pay in the region of £35,000 + FTE.
Main Duties:
- Processing of the global payroll for approximately 200 staff
- Process monthly and bi weekly payroll
- Checking timesheets
- Calculating correct employee reviewing hours worked, overtime rates, taxes, national insurance payments etc
- Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments
- Answering employee questions about their timesheets and payslips
- Distributing forms such as P45, P60 and P11d
- Processing PAYE deductions and sending payroll information to HM Revenue and Customs
Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- International payroll experience essential
- Strong system experience
- Good excel skills
