The Wine Waiter/Waitress role:



  • Be the face of the brand known for its warm
    welcome, conviviality and hospitality
  • Excellent knowledge of our menus,
    provenance, brand, care, and service to maximise our guest journey
  • Work closely with the wine
    buyer for Quo Vadis
  • Maintain careful control
    and organisation of the wine fridges throughout the building
  • Ensure the tills are
    constantly updated and accurately reflect the current stock and prices
  • Approach hospitality with a
    friendly and curious mindset, looking for improvement in everything we do
  • Ensure all wines are
    served at the appropriate temperature and within the proper glassware
  • Enhance guest experience
    by nurturing relationships and celebrating our loyal members
  • As part of our
    sustainability effort, respect recycling, energy, and other initiatives
    throughout the business
  • Have an great knowledge of a wide variety of wines, the regions
    that produce them and the winemaking process
  • Maintain brand standards
    by checking the quality and consistency
