Job summary
This is a Bank Care Assistant role at a Barchester Healthcare care home, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure that the residents' needs are met. This is a flexible position, allowing you to work as and when cover is needed, such as for annual leave or sick leave.
Main duties of the job
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and creating great moments and memories for the residents. You will be expected to follow care plans and ensure that each resident receives one-on-one attention. This is a varied and rewarding role that will allow you to put your skills and compassion to meaningful use.

As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. ABOUT YOU To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
