Do you have experience within a kitchen team as a Prep Chef, Grill Chef, Line Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or anything in between....? Then here's your opportunity to be part of something great


Being on the line means no two days are the same. Whether you are running the cold or hot section, perfecting our freshly made dough or prepping for the day ahead. As a chef at Brightside your food will be the reason our guests come back time and time again. With full training provided there is plenty of opportunity for promotion to Junior Sous and on to Sous Chef, as we grow, you grow
