Therole

As a Home Manager youllbe responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver excellentcare and support for young people within the service. Youll also beresponsible for carrying out routine meetings supervisionsprobationary reviews and leading investigations for any concernsraised with your staffteam.



Requirements

Therequirements

  • Recentexperience working within the residential sector at a registeredmanager level within a Children residential learning disabilitiesservice.
  • Youllalso need a Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential ChildCare (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent as aminimum.
  • aCertified Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management qualificationor equivalent or a willingness to work towards completingthis.
  • Additionallyyou should have experience in leading and supervising a team withina Residential Child Caresetting.
  • FullUK Manual DrivingLicence.
