We’re recruiting for Commercial Motor Claims Handlers to join our vibrant team, based in Haverhill town centre. If you have a natural ability to relate to people and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, then you could be the perfect addition to our team.

Being there for our customers when things go wrong is exactly why our Claims teams exist, the quality of service they provide is what sets AXA apart. Working within our Commercial Motor Claims Team, you'll be answering calls from our customers and Third Parties reporting their motor claims. The types of claims typically received in the department are accident claims, personal injury claims as a result of a road traffic incidents and even property damage due to collisions. Every claim is different and that’s what gives the job so much variety

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home from our Haverhill office. What you’ll be doing :

Answering calls from our customers and brokers relating to motor claims. Ensuring each customer feels valued and supported with their claim, providing them with personalised and accurate information based on your expertise and training. Managing your own caseload. Working collaboratively with your team. Accurately inputting data to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, a total of 35 hours per week, with no weekend work or Bank Holidays required

Induction & Training:

Induction Date:  Monday 1st July 2024

You’ll have a structured onsite training programme with one of our specialist Trainers, for a minimum of 8 weeks. Following training and once you’re more competent in the role, you’ll move to a hybrid way of working; working at least 40% of your week away from home at our Haverhill office.
