Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio o dan gyfarwyddyd ac arweiniad y staff addysgu i ymgymryd â rhaglenni gwaith, gofal a chynnig cefnogaeth gyffredinol i’r staff a disgyblion. Bydd disgwyl i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus cefnogi ethos gefnogol yr ysgol.
