DescriptionWe are looking for a Pedestrian Marshal to join our Pedestrian Management Team to support our surfacing division, working across Essex and London.  
Key Responsibilities
  • Install Pedestrian Segregation Systems prior to work starting.
  • Manage and maintain Pedestrian Segregation Systems, ensuring all walkways remain clear. 
  • Public Liaison, be the first point of contact for the public, assist with any queries throughout the day.
  • Allow safe access/egress for the public and ensure all site personnel are aware if they need to enter the site.
  • Maintain good communication with the site gangs, monitor and ensure safety zonal areas are adhered to within the site.
  • Assist with any banksman duties.
  • Dismantle and remove Pedestrian Segregation Systems at the end of the day after all activities are complete.


Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWe would ideally like the operative to hold a 7.5 Tonne Licence, however a driving licence is essential.  The successful candidate must be flexible with working hours as some night working will be required, dependant on surfacing programme.
