Job summary

DHCis looking for a capable and forward thinking administrator to support ourPrimary Care Network in Redhill. If that is you, please consider joining ourfriendly team. You will be contributing to providing great patient care alongsideour three excellent GP practices in the Redhill Phoenix PCN, in a varied andinteresting role. You will work closely with a large group of healthcareprofessionals and non-clinical staff, and have opportunities for training and personaldevelopment in the role. There is a limited scope for working from home.

Main duties of the job

The PCNadministrator provides support with running twice-monthly PCN meetings,organising the agendas and minuting these meetings. They also support with datacollection and reporting of key performance indicators for the PCN, contributeto any PCN-wide projects and help in practices with administrative tasks asrequired by practice managers. The role is key to the success of the PCNactivities and will be based in the three Redhill Phoenix practices, as well asat DHCs head office for weekly whole-team gatherings.

Job responsibilities

The PCN Administrator willplay a crucial role in the development of the Three Redhill Phoenix practicesand the PCN. This role will be key tothe delivery of specific PCN wide projects; arranging and providing trainingfor the practices multi-disciplinary teams; assisting with Human Resourceswork in the practices; and ensuring high standards of governance across thepractices and the PCN.

The PCN Administrator willwork closely with the Practice Managers, PCN Manager, PCN Clinical Director andthe DHC Director for the PCN. The PCN Administrator will receive clear linemanagement from the PCN Manager and will work closely with the PracticeManagers

PCNsare critical to the changing NHS and are the focal point of all locallydeveloped planning and service delivery.This role will be key to the success of the PCN and the development ofthe practices enabling them to deliver on agreed projects; recruit and developtheir own staff and PCN staff; meet all regulatory requirements and healthcarestandards compliance ensuring a minimum of a Good rating with CQC for allpractice.

Good standard of general education (English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent level) Education to A level or equivalent
